“Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women” By Sophie Barksdale September 10^th 6pm

The Riverton Museum is hosting Sophie Barksdale for this Wyoming Community Bank Discovery Speaker Series event on September 10th from 6-7pm.

Sophie Barksdale will be speaking at Central Wyoming College Intertribal Education and Community Center Room 106 for Riverton Museum’s Wyoming Community Bank Discovery Speaker Series on September 10th from 6-7pm.

Barksdale has been a co-producer for several EMMY nominated documentaries, including Who She Is, a documentary that focuses on Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women in the United States with a focus on Fremont County. We will be screening this documentary and hosting a Q+A panel afterwards. This event is free and open to the public.
