Under the supervision of the site staff, greet and engage visitors while in the exhibit hall.
DUTIES:
- Be a presence in the gallery to answer questions and generally assist visitors.
- Take care of school groups and tour groups by leading tours, doing programs, etc.
- Will need to study on their own (on museum time when visitors do not need assistance) and become familiar with the history of their museum’s area, as well as information on the collection of items on display and exhibits. Will need to have a basic understanding of ADA needs. Will need to have up to date information on Fremont County and the museum’s general area of history.
- Provide information and interpretation to visitors and help them with any on-site needs
