Join us at the Dubois Museum to meet the Shippen Brothers as they share their memories, stories and history of their great-grandparents and family with Cheryl O’Brien, local historian. The Shippen family were early Dubois homesteaders who built several town businesses, including the Rustic Pine Tavern.
A celebration and educational meeting for women business owners to connect and network with one another. A presentation will be given on the impacts made by local women on our community, as well as tea and refreshments.
Join Twila Blakeman who will speak at the Dennison Lodge about when she and her husband came to town with 5 children and started the first KOA in Dubois in 1965, and the many changes that occurred in town until she became the mayor of Dubois.
