“Firearms of the Wind River Valley: Well-Known to Where’d it Come From”
“Firearms of the Wind River Valley: Well-Known to Where’d It Come From” is presented by Danny Michael: Curator of the Cody Firearms Museum at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody, WY. This Wyoming Community Bank Speakers Series program will be hosted by the Dubois Museum on August 17th at 7pm at Dubois Museum.
Danny will draw on the collection of historic firearms and photographs from both the Dubois Museum and the Cody Firearms Museum to showcase the firearms of the Wind River Valley. From the more recognizable frontier guns to the oddities that found their way up the Wind River and into Yellowstone Country, attendees will discover how the technological advances and innovations of firearms influenced Northwest Wyoming.
Free and open to the public.
